Description

  • Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and color schemes.
  • Create, organize, and deliver variations of core brand elements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.
  • Build scalable visual systems aligned with modern design standards.
  • Validate that brand aesthetics translate effectively across digital and print mediums.
  • Collaborate within a hybrid AI + human workflow to refine and shape cohesive brand identities.
  • Contribute to projects on your own schedule during active phases.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related creative field is a plus.
  • Expertise in brand identity creation, including scalable logos, color palettes, and typography systems.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience with Figma for creating and managing core design assets.
  • Proven ability to adapt brand identity across digital, print, social media kits, and pitch decks.
  • Strong organizational skills for developing brand guidelines, style guides, and asset libraries.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above is required.
  • A strategic, detail-oriented mindset focused on long-term brand equity.
  • A portfolio showcasing branding work, including logos, identity systems, and guidelines, must be included in the CV.
