Description

  • Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for websites, social media, and print materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across marketing materials by following brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketers, content creators, and other designers to brainstorm and execute design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep work fresh and innovative.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
