Description

Build realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics, industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, including market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and similar work.
Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and quality standards for each task.
Create golden-answer solutions to calibrate an LLM-based grading system.
Translate real consulting engagements into end-to-end examples spanning problem structuring, work planning, analysis, synthesis, and client-ready recommendations.
Support the training of AI systems that learn high-level business reasoning.
Work remotely as an individual contributor on project-based analytical design and evaluation.

Requirements

3+ years of experience at McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte S&C), EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
Direct hands-on project experience at one of the eligible top-tier strategy consulting firms.
Experience structuring ambiguous client problems into workable analytical plans.
Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesized findings from messy inputs.
Experience producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure.
Experience forming and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.
Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables.
High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
Clear written English at B2+ level.
