Description

  • Lead and facilitate projects across the full project life cycle, serving as a consistent point of ownership within the PMO.
  • Manage day-to-day priorities and adjust communication and leadership style to support multidisciplinary strategy, creative, and technology teams.
  • Execute projects using Waterfall, Agile, or a blended methodology while maintaining quality, scope, and delivery constraints.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently with strong accountability and independent decision-making.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout discovery and development work.
  • Support web and mobile application projects by applying working knowledge of the discovery and development lifecycle.
  • Improve and help evolve project management processes, tools, and workflows to support project success and profitability.
  • Share project management knowledge and mentor across departments as a leadership resource.
  • Work under pressure to deliver high-quality deliverables and represent the team in internal and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Consulting and agency experience preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Utility or highly regulated industry experience required.
  • Experience working on web application and mobile application projects.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • PMP, CSM, Agile-related certification, or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools, including Azure DevOps (required), Jira, and Confluence.
  • Remote role with a 9:00am-5:00pm EST schedule and 40 hours per week.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong servant leadership style and ability to lead well under pressure.
  • Proven problem-solving, conceptual, presentation, time management, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to translate technical language between developers and clients.
  • Strong ability to oversee project teams and independently manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with interest in becoming certified in Agile.

Benefits

  • $75.00-$85.00 USD per hour compensation.
