Description

  • Develop and maintain iOS applications from requirements through App Store release.
  • Build fast, fluid, responsive, and reliable mobile application features.
  • Participate in the full development cycle using modern technologies, architectures, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the team in an Agile environment to deliver features and solutions.
  • Write clean, organized, and testable code with appropriate documentation.
  • Own code through development, deployment, maintenance, and production support.
  • Diagnose production issues and implement effective fixes.
  • Contribute to solution design and implementation.
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively to complete tasks.
  • Share knowledge and lead by example within the team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Swift, Cocoa Touch, and other Apple frameworks.
  • Ability to work self-driven with little supervision toward shared team or company goals.
  • Experience creating fluid visual interactions and implementing mobile user experience patterns.
  • Strong sense of craftsmanship and commitment to finding the best solution.
  • Up to date with the latest trends, architectures, ideas, and technologies in the mobile ecosystem.
  • Team-player mindset with willingness to share knowledge and lead by example.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience producing clean code using software design patterns, architectural patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience with FRP frameworks such as ReactiveCocoa or RxSwift is a plus.
  • Experience with MVVM(-C) architecture is a plus.
  • Experience with functional programming concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies such as fastlane, Jenkins, Travis, or GoCD is a plus.
  • Experience writing testable code or testing code is a plus.
  • Open source contributions or willingness to contribute is a plus.
  • Expected travel time of 0%–15% depending on project, client, and organizational needs.
