Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and grow community interaction.
  • Analyze social media metrics and produce reports to evaluate campaign performance and guide future strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay current on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Own the brand voice and day-to-day social media presence across channels.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Remote work capability and self-management in a flexible schedule environment.
