Description

  • Serve as a strategic partner to new Mighty Pro Hosts during onboarding to help set up their network for maximum member adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead workshops with Hosts and their teams to build strong foundations in community design, content cadence, and engagement strategy.
  • Deliver training on feature utilization, member onboarding flows, and tactical programming to support adoption, activation, and retention.
  • Provide creative input and feedback on landing pages, welcome experiences, email sequences, and network messaging.
  • Own the development and delivery of Community Design Plans, including network architecture, monthly themes, onboarding flows, and launch programming calendars.
  • Collaborate with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams and handle lightweight setup tasks when appropriate.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and excellence in space configuration, access structure, and the end-to-end member experience.
  • Maintain regular updates for internal stakeholders on Host performance, needs, risks, and outcomes.
  • Capture and scale best practices, identify emerging trends, and improve playbooks across the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of client-facing experience, ideally supporting strategic accounts or 5–6 figure engagements in a SaaS, media, or creator-focused business.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills, with the ability to define metrics for success and follow through on details.
  • Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence guiding executive teams through planning, decisions, and feedback cycles.
  • Strong meeting leadership skills, including planning agendas, gathering input, reading the room, and driving decisions.
  • Adaptability and proactivity in environments with growth and ambiguity.
  • Highly collaborative, cross-functional approach with experience working across Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Strategy.
  • Radical curiosity and a growth mindset focused on learning about Hosts, their businesses, and evolving digital communities.
