Description

  • Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance.
  • Support CRM and growth initiatives with insight and analytical recommendations.
  • Partner with Product, Commercial, and Trading stakeholders on business questions and priorities.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and decision-support analysis.
  • Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through data.
  • Support experimentation and performance measurement initiatives.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to improving analytical maturity across the business.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and analytical problem-solving capability.
  • Commercially minded and customer focused.
  • Ability to independently structure and communicate analysis clearly.
  • Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
  • Understanding of retention, customer behaviour, and lifecycle analysis.
  • Pragmatic and outcome-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills.
