Description

  • Own identity, roles, permissions, and authorization end to end.
  • Define how product teams engage with the Users platform and improve platform leverage.
  • Improve team invitations by identifying adoption barriers and creating a simple, high-trust experience.
  • Shape the authorization model as Mercury expands its products and supported user types, including agents.
  • Lead complex initiatives across research, design, engineering, go-to-market, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant product management experience.
  • Preferred experience on horizontal product or platform teams responsible for identity, roles, and authorization.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to balance platform capability with simplicity.
  • Ability to influence product teams early and establish effective platform collaboration.
  • A clear perspective on agentic actions and authorization when the actor is not a person.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently turn ambiguity into a clear point of view.
  • Ability to autonomously manage complex problems end to end.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $200,700–$250,900 USD.
  • Canadian base salary range of $189,700–$237,100 CAD.
  • Equity through stock options or RSUs.
