Description

  • Provide technical support for consumer electronics products.
  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers with troubleshooting, installations, and general inquiries by phone, chat, and email.
  • Maintain current knowledge of electronics trends, hardware specifications, and software updates.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide value-added guidance to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical escalations.
  • Represent the electronics manufacturer as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
  • Fluent English for communication with the international support team.
  • Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and emerging technical innovations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues calmly, professionally, and efficiently.
