Description

  • Partner closely with financial advisors to deliver portfolio construction, asset location, vehicle selection, and other investment advice to assigned high-net-worth clients.
  • Represent the firm’s investment philosophy, processes, and platform to local advisor teams and high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide thought leadership, portfolio construction support, service support, and analytical support to local advisor teams.
  • Ensure annual portfolio reviews, including Reg 9s when applicable, are completed on time in line with compliance and investment department requirements.
  • Engage in industry associations, events, and research to stay current on market trends and developments.
  • Travel as needed to build and maintain relationships with regional offices and key client relationships.

Requirements

  • 10 years of client-facing wealth management experience preferred, ideally with an independent wealth management firm, RIA, or similar firm.
  • MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with private market investments, alternative asset solutions, and quantitative, factor-based investing is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills preferred.
  • Exceptional client communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with multiple stakeholders working remotely across the United States.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Series 65 required unless exempt due to attainment of another professional designation such as CFA or CFP.
  • Ability to work fully remote, with preference for candidates in the Texas, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone.

  • Base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 USD.
