Description

Partner closely with financial advisors to deliver portfolio construction, asset location, vehicle selection, and other investment advice to assigned high-net-worth clients.
Represent the firm’s investment philosophy, processes, and platform to local advisor teams and high-net-worth clients.
Provide thought leadership, portfolio construction support, service support, and analytical support to local advisor teams.
Ensure annual portfolio reviews, including Reg 9s when applicable, are completed on time in line with compliance and investment department requirements.
Engage in industry associations, events, and research to stay current on market trends and developments.
Travel as needed to build and maintain relationships with regional offices and key client relationships.

Requirements

10 years of client-facing wealth management experience preferred, ideally with an independent wealth management firm, RIA, or similar firm.
MBA or CFA is a plus.
Familiarity with private market investments, alternative asset solutions, and quantitative, factor-based investing is a plus.
Strong quantitative skills preferred.
Exceptional client communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with multiple stakeholders working remotely across the United States.
Strong team player with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
Series 65 required unless exempt due to attainment of another professional designation such as CFA or CFP.
Ability to work fully remote, with preference for candidates in the Texas, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone.

Benefits

Base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 USD.
Eligible to earn incentive compensation through Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
