Description

  • Meet with wealth advisors, financial planners, and Wealth Solutions team members to review, fund, and maintain estate plans.
  • Review and summarize estate planning documents and recommend updates based on changes in law and family circumstances.
  • Answer general estate planning questions from clients and advisor teams.
  • Serve as an in-house estate planning resource for wealth management teams nationwide.
  • Stay current on estate, trust, and tax legislation nationwide.
  • Support business development through presentations and thought leadership publications as needed.
  • Manage a service specialist, including day-to-day task oversight, training, calendaring, time management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD).
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
  • 2-6 years of legal experience in estate planning preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex estate planning topics to wealth management teams and clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Availability to work standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Preference for candidates based in Atlanta, New York City, Chicago, or Dallas.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment or dedicated home office space free of interruptions.

  • Base pay range of $90,000 to $130,000 USD.
