Description

  • Daily review, management, and maintenance of the medical team schedule.
  • Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage across all platforms and operational hours.
  • Proactively identify and address schedule gaps and coverage issues.
  • Communicate scheduling expectations and status updates to staff, leadership, the Director of Nursing, and HR.
  • Track productivity and responsiveness metrics and report quantitative data to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and records.
  • Support RN team workflows with structured tasks, patient concern routing, and assigned projects when scheduling demand is lower.
  • Assist with workflow optimization, operational process improvement, quality improvement, data collection, documentation review, and audits.
  • Participate in meetings and ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
  • Multi-state/compact nursing license required within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing or healthcare experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, or coordination required.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite required, with emphasis on Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Comfort with data analysis and interpretation of operational metrics.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms.
  • Ability to analyze scheduling trends, productivity metrics, and staffing data to support operational decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability to new processes and innovations.
  • Experience working with reporting dashboards, scheduling analytics, or workforce management data preferred.
  • Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
