Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily with urgency, care, and expertise to convert potential customers into subscribers.
  • Use provided hardware and software, including laptops, headsets, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft applications, and Five9, to document sales calls and activities.
  • Listen to customer needs, identify solutions, establish value, make recommendations, and overcome objections throughout the sales process.
  • Meet daily call-handling expectations by completing at least 75 sales calls in an 8.5-hour shift.
  • Maintain high standards of personal and professional ethics while achieving sales results.
  • Work collaboratively with sales leadership through video meetings, events, and coaching sessions.
  • Follow company processes to best protect customers and support sales goals.
  • Remain flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Requirements

  • Permanent residency in one of the following states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Sales or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong rapport-building skills to meet customer needs sincerely and ethically.
  • Competitive spirit with the ability to meet and exceed company and personal sales goals.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to multitask.
  • Must satisfactorily complete a background check, employment history investigation, and drug screening.
  • Excellent voice communication skills and a coachable, goal-driven, altruistic attitude.
