Description

  • Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers needing help with orders, products, billing, and account services.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, company site navigation, and proper use of products or services.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Medical Guardian products, services, and billing practices to provide accurate information.
  • Perform account updates and document conversations to keep member records complete and current.
  • De-escalate dissatisfied member situations, research issues, and provide solutions.
  • Promote additional products and services during service calls, including selling add-ons to existing members.
  • Communicate professionally and positively with internal and external members.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the member experience.
  • Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative performance goals.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous member service, call center, or member-facing experience desired.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Must be permanently located in one of the following states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must have a dedicated private workspace with appropriate internet speed for working from home.
  • Computer proficient with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and kind with a passion for serving others.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to probe for appropriate resolution.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Perfect attendance is expected during the first 60 days.
  • Start date is Monday, June 15th.
