Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of features from design and implementation through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Analyze technical complexity and break work into clear, actionable, accurately estimated scopes.
  • Implement features in a full-stack environment across web applications and supporting backend systems.
  • Support testing, bug fixing, and user testing to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Refactor code and improve software quality with attention to performance, security, and scalability.
  • Document code, processes, and implementation details.
  • Conduct code reviews to help maintain consistency and quality across the team.
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to design flexible, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to modernization efforts across legacy and current applications.
  • Share knowledge, mentor peers, and help solve issues across multiple offerings when needed.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong background in SaaS solutions.
  • Experience solving complex technical challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Strong ownership of work with a track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on deadline.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical and non-technical ideas clearly.
  • A passion for clean, maintainable code and best practices.
  • A continuous learning mindset and awareness of evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • Team-oriented attitude with willingness to mentor and share knowledge with peers.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.
  • Expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core, including ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core; experience with .NET 8 is highly desirable.
  • Strong SQL and database programming skills, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server; experience with Databricks is valuable.
  • Front-end experience with Angular 15+, jQuery, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
  • CI/CD experience; Bamboo or Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ORMs such as NHibernate, Entity Framework, and Dapper.
  • Testing experience with NUnit and Karma is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience with Big Data and Data Warehousing solutions is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with modern C++, especially in the context of migrating from legacy C++ to modern C++.
