Description

  • Own a creative type and priority industry at a global level, coordinating with local Operations Analysts and partnering with Product and Commercial teams.
  • Represent Content & Data in cross-functional meetings and provide global process input and updates.
  • Use data to recommend improvements in global operations for processing, completion, and quality execution.
  • Build requirements and recommendations for creative flow enhancements that improve efficiency and quality.
  • Own advanced troubleshooting of client-driven issues and perform root cause analysis, including system and process updates.
  • Define and audit standards for quality and SLAs for assigned creative and industry areas in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Own global operations strategic projects and manage the rollout of system and process changes.
  • Track post-launch impact of changes and drive continuous improvement with attention to efficiency and budget.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog, including creating and updating complex product records.
  • Analyze operational data and present business recommendations, performance metrics, and business cases to leadership.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in G Suite and project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Advanced process improvement capability, ideally with Six Sigma experience.
  • Expert ability to analyze data and report on volume, coverage, status, and key performance metrics.
  • Expert ability to create and update complex product records in a centralized Product Catalog under strict governance standards.
  • Master-level proficiency with proprietary platforms used to review, classify, and attribute ads across media channels.
  • Advanced familiarity with AI tools.
  • Advanced business case creation and optimization skills.
  • Deep, specialized knowledge of operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills for presenting complex analysis to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience serving as a technical or team lead, setting direction and coordinating work across stakeholders, preferred.
  • Prior experience owning global-level processes and driving cross-functional alignment, preferred.
  • Familiarity with ML/AI-assisted workflows and human-in-the-loop operations, preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple processes or stakeholders concurrently at scale, preferred.
  • Comfort with advanced dashboards and data analysis; SQL is an added advantage, preferred.
