Description

  • Design and implement scalable ML systems from problem definition through production-ready code.
  • Build and fine-tune classification and attribution systems for ad creatives and global brand deduplication.
  • Develop chain-of-thought prompting strategies and multi-agent workflows for complex attribution tasks.
  • Optimize vectorization, database migrations with Alembic, and high-throughput data ingestion.
  • Implement guardrails and Langfuse observability to make AI outputs explainable and reliable.
  • Collaborate remotely and regularly in person with the Madrid technology team.
  • Apply vision-based ML, context optimization, and multi-agent scaling to automate data workflows.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Expert-level Python skills, including typing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, architecture, and scalability.
  • Deep SQL and vector database expertise, including pg_trgm and HNSW.
  • Experience building and deploying RAG pipelines and LLM agents.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, pgvector, SQLAlchemy, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Docker.
  • Ability to work independently in international teams with limited supervision.
  • Participation in hackathons or a portfolio of ambitious personal projects is preferred.
