Description

  • Manage fast-moving digital creative projects from start to finish.
  • Liaise between client leads and internal teams to keep projects moving toward milestones.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across Creative, Copywriting, Data, Strategy, and Design.
  • Balance resources and workload to support on-time delivery.
  • Set and track deadlines, and flag timing risks early.
  • Brief team members on delivery objectives and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
  • Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments to ensure the right people are available for client work.
  • Evaluate completed projects to identify improvements for processes and workflows.
  • Receive and synthesize client briefs to fully understand requests.
  • Translate client feedback into clear direction for internal teams and present or defend agency ideas when needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or production.
  • Experience managing client relationships and internal team expectations.
  • Flawless organizational skills with ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to manage stress and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.
  • Experience working with media plans and launching digital ad campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills for providing clear project updates and describing issues and next steps.
  • Solid scoping skills with accurate timing and resource estimates.
  • Familiarity with the post-production of film, image, and animation assets for social media.
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience with data-driven strategies (nice to have).
  • Experience producing or managing DOOH campaigns (nice to have).
