Description

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes across multiple CI/CD ecosystems.
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure for AI SaaS/PaaS on AWS and/or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (primarily Terraform).
Operate, administer, and scale Kubernetes clusters (including cloud-managed services such as EKS, GKE, AKS) and Linux servers.
Define and implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing), monitoring, and alerting to ensure platform reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents spanning code, cloud infrastructure, networking, and operating systems; participate in incident response and potential on-call rotation.
Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
Integrate MLOps and AI-specific infrastructure where applicable and support GPU/NVIDIA-based workloads.
Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and technical designs; break down complex problems into actionable tasks.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering/SRE roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years working with SDLC methodologies and CI/CD technologies, with hands-on experience across at least two CI/CD ecosystems.
3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably backend development; experience with Temporal workflows is a plus.
5+ years of Linux administration experience.
5+ years of experience with AWS (highly preferred) and/or GCP; AWS/GCP certifications highly desired.
5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, primarily Terraform.
5+ years managing Kubernetes clusters, including experience with at least one cloud-managed service (EKS/GKE/AKS).
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and proven troubleshooting ability across code, cloud, networking, and OS layers.
5+ years of experience with observability tools and defining monitoring strategies.
Experience or interest in MLOps, NVIDIA NIM, and relevant NVIDIA certifications is a significant asset.
English proficiency is mandatory; role may require participation in an on-call support rotation.
