Description

  • Lead and develop the social media team.
  • Manage projects and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Validate and review the technical quality of social media deliverables.
  • Align priorities to support strategic business objectives.
  • Promote a psychologically safe, innovative team environment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered with quality and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing people, including 1:1s, feedback, competency mapping, and PDI follow-up.
  • Practical project management experience organizing priorities, schedules, scope, and delivery quality.
  • Experience as a point of contact for external or internal clients/stakeholders, including expectation alignment and conflict handling.
  • Strong technical background in communication, with solid operational or senior analyst-level experience.
  • Knowledge of social media data and metrics.
  • Intermediate English for reporting.
  • Advanced English is a plus for presenting reports.
  • Experience managing high-volume, always-on delivery workflows is a plus.
  • Experience planning and validating real-time coverage is a plus.
  • Knowledge of creator ecosystem dynamics is a plus.
