Description

  • Support and improve the DevOps platform for AI SaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and structure technical discussions.
  • Troubleshoot issues across code, cloud infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.
  • Define observability standards, including SLOs, alerts, dashboards, and escalation paths.
  • Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Participate in an on-call support rotation if required in the future.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or SRE roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies and CI/CD technologies, with hands-on experience in at least two CI/CD ecosystems.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably with backend development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and operating system concepts.
  • 5+ years of Linux administration experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS and/or GCP, with AWS highly preferred.
  • AWS or GCP certification is highly desired.
  • 5+ years of experience with infrastructure as code, primarily Terraform.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including one cloud-managed service such as EKS, GKE, or AKS.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
  • 5+ years of experience with observability tools, SLOs, dashboards, alerts, and escalation chains.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and their integration into CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience with Temporal workflows is nice to have.
  • Experience with Nvidia NIM and relevant Nvidia certifications is a significant asset.
  • Ability to gather requirements, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and produce thorough documentation.
