Description

  • Lead and refine brand-aligned visual concepts across digital marketing assets, print collateral, and AI-driven platform interfaces.
  • Use Figma to design, iterate, and deliver production-ready design files and systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate creative briefs into visual assets and user experiences.
  • Conduct trend research and ideation to introduce fresh design perspectives and emerging technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and deadlines.
  • Participate in feedback sessions and incorporate input while advocating for strong design decisions.
  • Support the team through mentorship by example and ownership of design quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of relevant work experience in a senior creative design role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work across multiple media.
  • Proven proficiency with Figma, which is mandatory.
  • Experience with conceptualization, ideation, and modern web design.
  • Solid foundation in design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience designing assets for digital marketing, social media, and web experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English communication skills at B2+ level for presenting design rationale and working with clients and team members.
  • Curiosity and passion for design innovation, new technologies, and continuous learning.
