Description

  • Own end-to-end product design for customer-oriented applications and platforms.
  • Facilitate strategic sessions and working workshops with stakeholders and client peers to align on goals, needs, and direction.
  • Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions grounded in best practices and user and business insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure consistency and preserve design intent through delivery.
  • Make strategic design decisions and clearly communicate rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations across teams and contexts.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Operate in ambiguous, complex enterprise environments and help uncover underlying user and business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Product Design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-oriented product and app design.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma.
  • Strong UI and UX skills, including the ability to translate insights and data into effective user experiences.
  • Experience operating independently with minimal oversight while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and uncovering underlying needs.
  • Experience working in high-tech environments and within the complexities of large organizations.
  • Nice to have: experience working with agile product teams.
