Description

  • Create audiovisual content across multiple platforms, including video editing, motion design, and sound design.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to turn concepts into engaging audiovisual experiences.
  • Use industry-standard software and tools to produce high-quality sound and visual assets.
  • Help manage project timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of multimedia content.
  • Review and evaluate audiovisual outputs to ensure they meet Monks' quality and creativity standards.
  • Stay current on audiovisual technology and trends to improve production techniques.
  • Support client meetings by presenting ideas and incorporating feedback to align work with client needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in audiovisual development or production.
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and sound design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition.
  • Familiarity with other audiovisual production tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas that resonate with audiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure polished and professional content.
  • Nice to have: experience with 2D/3D animation, scripting, color correction/grading, sound design, or Figma.
  • Nice to have: experience with generative AI tools such as Runway, SD, Firefly, or Google AI tools.
