Description

  • Develop, launch, and manage multi-platform digital campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and programmatic channels.
  • Own end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and pre-launch QA to ensure accurate and error-free delivery.
  • Monitor pacing, performance, and budgets across active campaigns and optimize as needed.
  • Troubleshoot delivery and performance issues proactively across desktop, mobile, and video programmatic campaigns.
  • Lead A/B testing across ad creative, placements, landing pages, and post-conversion touchpoints.
  • Conduct full campaign analysis and translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports with metrics, breakdowns, observations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build data visualizations and reporting frameworks that support faster client decision-making.
  • Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and investment recommendations aligned to client objectives.
  • Partner with onshore client teams and contribute to client-facing and internal calls, presenting data and driving next steps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Google Ads, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Strong platform proficiency with SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, Meta, DV360, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with ad servers such as CM360 is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort speaking to clients about data.
  • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrably successful track record.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and formulate high-ROI recommendations.
  • Proactive, disciplined, organized, and highly motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
