Description

Define and implement social media and communications campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution and publication of posts.
Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
Respond quickly to customer comments and questions.
Monitor and report online feedback and reviews across social media platforms.
Organize and participate in events to build community and strengthen brand awareness.
Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency.
Collaborate with data strategists to deliver monthly and quarterly reports and identify optimization opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including organic analysis, sentiment analysis, and competitor analysis.
Conduct social listening and daily monitoring of brand-related conversations.

Requirements

Knowledge of social media best practices, including formats and tone of voice.
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
Proactive, agile, and flexible approach to work.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid media, social strategy, customer service, and creative.
Experience building relationships with clients, potential consumers, industry professionals, and journalists.
Strong awareness of digital technology trends.
Know-how in brand analysis to support effective client KPI outcomes.
