Description

  • Lead the conceptualization and art direction of static and motion visual assets for social media campaigns.
  • Develop original, strategic creative ideas that align with audience needs and brand guidelines.
  • Define and maintain the visual style and consistency of social content across platforms and formats.
  • Partner with art directors, copywriters, content creators, and designers to guide and mentor the team.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to present creative concepts and align on goals.
  • Oversee visual execution from concept through final production, ensuring quality and platform best practices.
  • Balance speed, style, and scale by building templates and adapting assets for regional needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio in social media, digital advertising, and concept-driven design.
  • Advanced skills in creative concept development, visual storytelling, and applying brand identity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, with a good understanding of motion design principles.
  • Demonstrated experience providing creative leadership and strategic direction to designers and content creators.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset focused on improving creative processes and output.
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large-scale projects, file structures, and versioning.
  • Must be a resident of Brazil; the position is 100% remote and open only to candidates in Brazil.
