Description

  • Support the MCA sales cycle by preparing presentations, assessing change-management needs, and writing statements of work.
  • Lead consultative services assessing clients’ readiness for enterprise transformation and adoption of industry best practices.
  • Assess and document client culture, operational excellence practices, processes, and supporting technologies.
  • Lead executive and cross-functional sessions to define strategic plans, current-state processes, future-state processes, and value streams.
  • Develop quantitative models of current performance and future-state designs supporting growth and profitability objectives.
  • Present engagement ROI, value-creation outcomes, and deliverables to senior executives and organizational stakeholders.
  • Create migration strategies and high-level project plans from current state to proposed design.
  • Identify and resolve change-management, process, data-flow, application-implementation, escalation, and project issues.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, change-management structures, and definitions of successful end states.
  • Create operational excellence training programs and mentor MCA Connect team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 15 years of experience with enterprise solutions.
  • At least 8 years of experience in strategic business transformation or manufacturing across relevant operational excellence disciplines.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Six Sigma tools, and industry best practices, including SIPOC and swim-lane diagrams.
  • At least 10 years of ERP consulting or production experience.
  • At least 5 years of ERP master planning and ERP Lean manufacturing consulting or production experience.
  • Experience designing solutions for high-mix manufacturing and integrating MRP into supply-chain scheduling.
  • Executive leadership, change-management, presentation, sales, written communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, software implementation projects, and project lifecycle phases.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%; the initial approximately six-month project requires travel to Seattle, Washington.
  • Preferred: experience with Lean manufacturing ERP solutions, operational excellence tools, adoption models, and managing direct reports for at least 10 years.
