Description

  • Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Service applications using VBCS and Redwood.
  • Develop Oracle Fusion Service interfaces, custom pages, forms, layouts, business logic, and user interactions using Visual Builder and VB Studio.
  • Implement Redwood UX designs and supported Oracle extension and personalization frameworks.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion Service with REST APIs, business objects, business events, integration services, and external applications.
  • Configure service requests, customer information, and related workflows.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Support SIT, UAT, deployments, production troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities.
  • Ensure performance, security, maintainability, and compliance with Oracle development standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Requirements

  • Any graduate degree with at least 3 years of relevant Oracle CX or Oracle Sales Cloud experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Experience developing, extending, and personalizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Redwood UI.
  • Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, business rules, action chains, variables, and service connections.
  • Experience consuming Oracle Fusion REST APIs and integrating with external systems.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion Service and Customer Experience application architecture.
  • Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: experience with Redwood extensibility frameworks, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion Security, quarterly updates, regression testing, and Oracle SaaS implementation or production support.
