Description

  • Consult on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements across implementations, upgrades, and application extensions.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing modules.
  • Support clients in the implementation and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
  • Contribute to improving operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement.
  • Provide functional expertise throughout client engagements.
  • Manage client relationships within the scope of the role.
  • Participate in full lifecycle ERP implementation activities, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Deliver end-user training on Dynamics 365 systems.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, test cases, process flows, and training materials.
  • Use Azure DevOps to manage implementation artifacts and testing workflows.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience.
  • Minimum of five years of Dynamics 365 (AX) Manufacturing experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Dynamics 365 Manufacturing certification (MB-320) or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification (MB-330).
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
  • Minimum of two complete full-cycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementations with successful go-lives.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Plan-to-Produce, Master Planning, and Quality Management modules.
  • Experience delivering end-user training after at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
  • One year of experience with ISV solutions integrated with D365, such as AXtension or Docentric.
  • One year of experience designing and implementing process improvement initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, or maintenance functions.
  • One year of experience developing detailed functional documentation, including Functional Design Documents, test cases, process flows, and training materials.
  • One year of experience using Azure DevOps for ERP implementation artifacts and testing workflows.
  • One year of experience applying lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, including Kaizen.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Benefits

  • Salary of $145,018 per year.
