Description

  • Facilitate implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Conduct client workshops to gather warehouse management requirements and identify process pain points.
  • Design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations and related extensions.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 warehouse management settings and processes.
  • Plan and execute data migration for warehouse data into Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and run functional test cases to validate the solution.
  • Train business process owners on system navigation, configuration, and key features.
  • Support go-live, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with customers on requirements gathering and gap analysis.
  • Lead solution showcases and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations.
  • Experience configuring and implementing Unified Pricing and Order Management in D365 F&O.
  • MB-330 certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, or ability to অর্জain it within 90 days.
  • Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices.
  • Strong customer relationship, communication, planning, and organization skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent in English and holding a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or AX 2012 is a plus.
  • Exposure to Advanced Warehousing, finance, or production D365 modules is a plus.
  • Comfort presenting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WebEx.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services is a plus.
