Description

  • Lead Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP implementations and translate strategic business decisions into delivered solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to define requirements, solution designs, and gap analyses.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, customizations, integrations, reports, and adherence to implementation methodology.
  • Manage client relationships, communicate risks and decisions to senior leadership, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop cutover, application lifecycle management, data migration, reconciliation, training, and post-go-live support plans.
  • Coordinate CRP/UAT test plans, issue resolution, sign-offs, risk mitigation, and Azure DevOps user stories.
  • Support project governance, Statements of Work, status reporting, milestone tracking, and Microsoft FastTrack compliance.
  • Mentor project teams, facilitate knowledge transfer, and promote adoption, continuous learning, and change management.
  • Coordinate ISV decisions, integration plans, Microsoft version updates, and release schedules.
  • Represent MCA Connect through internal and external training, communications, marketing, and industry events.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX experience as an implementation functional lead.
  • At least two full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX implementations, from analysis through deployment.
  • At least 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience, including strong manufacturing experience.
  • Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX certification in Supply Chain, Production, or Finance, or certification within the first 90 days.
  • Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices and other Dynamics 365 ERP/Dynamics AX modules.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organization, customer relationship, prioritization, and independent-work skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; relevant degrees in supply chain, operations, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%; fluent English and a valid driver’s license required.
  • AX 2012 experience and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Master or Sure Step Certification preferred.
  • Experience with ISVs such as Dynaway Blue, ATOS, Seeburger, SKGlobal, CCH, credit card processors, or ExpertLogic preferred; APICS CPIM or CSCP is a plus.
