Description

  • Own budgeting, financial audits, and lender and board reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and approval processes.
  • Simplify and improve finance operations, including reporting, invoicing, and collections.
  • Oversee compensation strategy, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to source and hire high-quality candidates.
  • Own payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Plan and coordinate two annual company offsites.
  • Drive pricing optimization to support revenue growth.
  • Build and expand the finance and HR team as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading operations or finance in a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
  • Proven experience building functions or processes from the ground up.
  • Strong attention to detail with full ownership of payroll and financial reporting accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Strategic and hands-on leadership style.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex challenges into clear action plans and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Mission-driven interest in improving healthcare for providers, patients, and communities.
  • Resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and creative problem-solving.
