Description

  • Design landing pages, responsive web experiences, and web or desktop application interfaces.
  • Create interactive prototypes using AI tools to bring concepts to life.
  • Map user flows based on client requirements and conduct research when needed.
  • Work with existing design systems, style guides, and UI kits.
  • Attend client meetings to clarify requirements and participate in internal Scrum and Agile planning sessions.
  • Present design ideas to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback from mentors, product owners, and design leads.
  • Create basic style guides and UI elements with support from experienced designers.
  • Support internal projects and company initiatives, including presentations and marketing assets.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience in a similar product design role.
  • Strong portfolio containing at least one desktop or mobile UI project, demonstrating AI use in the design process.
  • Knowledge of Figma and AI design tools such as Claude or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of UX principles, target users, product evaluation, and design workshops.
  • Ability to design landing pages, application components, responsive web layouts, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ability to work with existing design assets and create basic style guides with guidance.
  • Openness to AI, automation tools, and learning emerging design workflows, including vibecoding.
  • C1 proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies, strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
  • Preferred: experience with marketing assets, illustration, branding, Webflow or Framer, After Effects or Jitter, Make, or n8n.
