Description

  • Work with existing retail customers to configure and update the product according to documented project requirements.
  • Execute implementation projects through all stages.
  • Ingest and map client source data into a standard data model using ETL and ELT processes.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into system solutions and detailed specifications.
  • Coordinate company and customer resources to maximize productivity and keep work moving forward.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how the products work together and build reliable, reusable support processes.
  • Proactively identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Create documentation to support ongoing product use and support.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on issue resolution and delivery tasks.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of commercial experience with SQL, or a university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, including queries, data selection, joins, complex queries, and data definition.
  • Basic programming skills and a basic understanding of core programming concepts.
  • Familiarity with database design, administration, and data modeling.
  • Experience with various data formats, including CSV, JSON, XML, tlog, and Parquet.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical information clearly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Ability to select and prioritize tasks within a backlog.
  • Polish language level C1.
  • English language level B2 minimum.
  • Experience with DBT Core (preferred).
  • Experience with Snowflake (preferred).
  • Understanding of Azure DevOps and release pipelines (preferred).
  • Experience processing and analyzing large data sets (preferred).
  • Experience in software implementation or Enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in retail (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and data (preferred).
  • Python experience, preferably including I/O and Pandas (preferred).
  • General knowledge of version control, preferably Git (preferred).
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably Jira (preferred).

  • Salary of PLN 6,000–10,000 gross monthly on B2B, or PLN 6,000–8,300 gross on UZL.
