Description

Support Product Owners with backlog management, task definition, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
Participate in client calls, internal stand-ups, and cross-functional project meetings.
Create simple flows, diagrams, and step-by-step visual breakdowns for client discussions.
Collaborate with designers, developers, clients, and Product Owners.
Write clear, structured project documentation.
Support planning, estimation, prioritization, and iteration within project teams.
Facilitate stand-ups and other meetings with mentor support.
Contribute to marketing or internal initiatives when needed.

Requirements

Active student status.
Fluency in Polish and English at a minimum C1 level in both languages.
Curiosity about how digital products are developed from initial idea through launch.
Ability to communicate proactively, ask questions, and collaborate with others.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, FigJam, or Jira.
Experience in student organizations, startups, or hackathons is preferred.
Interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools is preferred.
Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup is preferred.
Prior experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead in any context is preferred.
