Description

  • Support Product Owners with backlog management, task definition, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Participate in client calls, internal stand-ups, and cross-functional project meetings.
  • Create simple flows, diagrams, and step-by-step visual breakdowns for client discussions.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, clients, and Product Owners.
  • Write clear, structured project documentation.
  • Support planning, estimation, prioritization, and iteration within project teams.
  • Facilitate stand-ups and other meetings with mentor support.
  • Contribute to marketing or internal initiatives when needed.

Requirements

  • Active student status.
  • Fluency in Polish and English at a minimum C1 level in both languages.
  • Curiosity about how digital products are developed from initial idea through launch.
  • Ability to communicate proactively, ask questions, and collaborate with others.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, FigJam, or Jira.
  • Experience in student organizations, startups, or hackathons is preferred.
  • Interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead in any context is preferred.
