Description

  • Own the full video editing workflow from raw footage to polished, ready-to-publish content with minimal oversight.
  • Create scroll-stopping edits for YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and paid social ads.
  • Work closely with leadership and the creative team to maintain strong brand consistency across platforms.
  • Produce engaging videos with clean transitions, captions, b-roll integration, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Develop motion graphics, kinetic typography, and dynamic transitions that enhance the story.
  • Use AI tools to speed up captioning, transcription, rough cuts, b-roll sourcing, upscaling, and audio cleanup without sacrificing quality.
  • Juggle multiple projects, keep content moving across channels, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review creative performance and contribute ideas to improve thumbnails, conversion, and ad testing.
  • Collaborate with other teams by sharing insights and supporting messaging alignment.
  • Follow organized workflows and naming/tracking systems to keep production efficient.

Requirements

  • Proven portfolio of short- and long-form video edits for YouTube, Reels/Shorts/TikTok, or paid social, with results or reach you can demonstrate.
  • Fluency in a professional editing suite such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro.
  • Experience with a motion/design tool such as After Effects or an equivalent platform.
  • Comfort producing both organic social content and direct-response video ads.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to triple-check work before publishing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an async-first environment using tools like Slack and Loom.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for polished captions, titles, and slides.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate editing workflows is preferred.
  • Ability to create polished animations and dynamic transitions is preferred.
