Description

  • Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication breakdowns, trust repair, and personal accountability.
  • Guide clients through high-stakes emotional situations using clear structure and proven coaching frameworks.
  • Help clients move from crisis and confusion toward stability, leadership, and long-term behavioral change.
  • Track client progress across complex journeys and identify risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments.
  • Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis.
  • Contribute insights to improve coaching frameworks and strengthen client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Certified coach such as ICF, IFS, or a similar credential.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching relationships, marriages, or long-term partnerships.
  • Relevant background working with couples, family systems, or individuals facing relationship crises.
  • Experience with emotional regulation, conflict resolution, accountability, and behavioral change.
  • Comfort working with clients in high emotional distress.
  • Ability to balance empathy with firmness and challenge avoidance patterns.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex emotional concepts in practical terms.
  • Confidence facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working within structured programs.
  • Availability to work primarily between 1 PM and 9 PM EST.
