Description

  • Lead the product vision and strategy for the next generation issuance and processing platform.
  • Own roadmap execution across platform modernization, service abstraction, scalability, and customer growth.
  • Lead product efforts spanning issuing, fulfillment, processing, ledger, tokenization, and customer onboarding and enablement.
  • Bridge strategy, delivery, and operational excellence to deliver customer value and strong platform performance.
  • Shape operating models for medium-scale engineering organizations.
  • Align customer needs, operational realities, and long-term product investments.
  • Embed support insights into product planning and prioritization to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Turn regulatory, network, and market changes into strategic product decisions.
  • Mentor and grow a senior product organization with cross-functional leadership and operational rigor.
  • Create executive-level visibility into production health, product performance, and platform risk.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management leadership, with experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven ability to set vision and strategy for a product portfolio and translate it into a roadmap with end-to-end execution.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience building and growing diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem, including card brand regulations, ISO 8583, EMV, digital wallets, gateway services, and security services.
  • Technical fluency across APIs, cloud services, distributed systems, observability, incident management, and SLAs/SLOs.
  • Ability to identify key metrics, analyze data, and balance quantitative and qualitative inputs for decision-making.
  • Curiosity about new technologies, APIs, programming languages, and databases.
  • Hands-on, accountable leadership style focused on root causes and driving follow-through.
  • Nice to have: experience managing technical products such as SaaS platform services or API/SDK products.
  • Nice to have: experience with high-scale payment processing, including 100M+ transactions per day.
  • Nice to have: experience building fintech products or strong developer experiences.
  • Nice to have: experience with reconciliation systems, money movement, HSMs, key management, or agile software development methodologies.

  • Base salary range of $198,100-$247,600 nationally, $214,400-$268,000 in Premium locations, and $233,000-$291,300 in Premium Plus locations.
