Description

  • Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-up communication.
  • Schedule phone screens and interviews while working directly with candidates and hiring managers to create a positive interview experience.
  • Maintain and update the Greenhouse applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data, workflow status, job postings, scheduling, and interview feedback.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms in alignment with company tone and branding.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates for engineering, database development, product, and business roles.
  • Prepare offer letters and support onboarding processes in coordination with HR.
  • Initiate and track candidate background checks.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and communicate interview details clearly, including technical assessment setup.
  • Gather interviewer feedback and assist with debrief scheduling and decision meetings.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports, support compliance, and contribute to recruiting process improvements and special projects.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR administration, preferably in a technology or database-focused company.
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS is required; experience with BambooHR is preferred.
  • Experience scheduling in Greenhouse and Google is required.
  • Familiarity with technical recruitment processes for software engineers, developers, database administrators, and data scientists.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-tech, rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Interest or background in database technologies such as SQL or cloud data platforms.
  • Experience supporting technical or engineering hiring in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience using AI tools in the recruitment process is a plus.
