Description

  • Respond to high-volume live chat and email inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely support.
  • Troubleshoot common platform issues using established workflows and step-by-step guidance.
  • Identify issues requiring escalation and route them to the appropriate internal team.
  • Manage multiple conversations while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
  • Provide a consistent, professional, and empathetic customer experience.
  • Adapt to changes in workflows, tools, and processes.
  • Share feedback to improve support workflows and the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, call centre, or administrative support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
  • Clear and professional written communication in repetitive or high-volume environments.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured workflows consistently.
  • Confidence using macOS, Google Workspace, Slack, and other digital tools.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for productivity.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and take ownership of work.
  • Experience with ticketing or live chat tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk preferred.
  • Remote or shift-based work experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts; support operates 7:00 AM–10:00 PM ET, seven days a week.
  • Must be physically located in Canada; employment is subject to identity verification and a criminal record check.
  • Full-time availability of 40–44 hours per week or part-time availability of 25–30 hours per week.
