Description

  • Research target industries, identify leads, and initiate outreach by phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Support pipeline management, partnership outreach, and business development initiatives.
  • Record outreach activities, interactions, and updates accurately in the CRM system.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and service summaries aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Service teams on campaigns, events, and engagement activities.
  • Research industries, competitors, and client needs to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, networking events, and virtual sessions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports tracking outreach metrics, conversion rates, and sales progress.
  • Contribute to projects that improve sales processes and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, client relations, or business development; internship or entry-level experience is welcome.
  • Strong interest in professional services, accounting, and financial consulting; industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent English and Turkish communication skills; interviews are conducted in English.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM platform experience is preferred.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Availability to work according to U.S. Eastern Time zones.
  • Remote-work setup with stable high-speed internet access.
