Description

  • Write omnichannel copy for always-on social content, monthly brand EDMs, ad-hoc campaigns, and a specialized content series.
  • Collaborate with a Project Specialist and digital services team on a hotel website reset.
  • Review, adapt, and rewrite copy within global templates to meet luxury brand compliance standards across hotel properties.
  • Maintain and protect the distinct tone of voice and brand guidelines for each portfolio brand.
  • Work directly with the client’s Senior Director, Brand Directors, and external project managers from brief through final execution.
  • Flag issues early and keep deliverables moving efficiently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Advocate for current trends in copywriting and digital content strategy.
  • Own deliverables independently in a flat, high-impact team environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of copywriting experience.
  • Proven experience in social media and digital content strategy.
  • Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or luxury company environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a self-starter attitude in a start-up-like environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
  • Portfolio submission required for consideration.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and constantly evolving matrix organization.
  • Contract role: 6-month fixed-term employment.
