Description

  • Record approximately 1-minute short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts that explain educational tips, practice problems, or career information.
  • Deliver provided practice problems and talking points naturally and authentically on camera.
  • Present with energy, clarity, and personality to keep viewers engaged.
  • Use a dry-erase board or paper to demonstrate educational concepts and solutions on camera.
  • Bring the content to life through confident on-screen presence.
  • Submit sample video content as part of the application process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of on-camera experience for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
  • Clear, confident, and friendly on-screen delivery.
  • Ability to make educational or informational content feel fast-paced and engaging.
  • Access to a smartphone or camera, microphone, and good lighting for recording.
  • Comfort with visual teaching methods, including writing and solving problems on a dry-erase board or with pen-and-paper demonstrations.
  • Clear and readable handwriting for on-camera demonstrations.
  • Resume and a sample video submission are required with the application.
  • Sample video must be no longer than 2 minutes and show you presenting the provided script on camera.
  • Experience creating content for adult or nontraditional learners is preferred.
  • Background in education, advising, or communication is preferred.
  • Familiarity with short-form content pacing, hooks, and trends is preferred.
