Description

  • Drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for agentic experiences across the portfolio.
  • Design and deliver AI-native products including agents, copilots, human-in-the-loop workflows, tool use, retrieval, and reasoning.
  • Define governance constraints such as hard limits, output verification, reversibility, escalation paths, and auditability.
  • Own activation, onboarding, and habitual use for AI products across new customers, existing customers, and internal teams.
  • Build and instrument growth loops, expansion, and retention to convert usage into value and revenue.
  • Instrument product experiences, define the right metrics, and run experimentation using A/B tests, funnels, and cohort analysis.
  • Conduct continuous discovery through customer interviews, onsite visits, workshops, and discovery sessions.
  • Develop deep market expertise in DFIR, agentic AI, competitive dynamics, and emerging model and tooling trends.
  • Break ambiguous problem spaces into structured plans and provide clear, outcome-focused updates to executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, data science, go-to-market, customer success, support, and peer PMs to deliver aligned experiences.

Requirements

  • Built and shipped agentic or AI-native product experiences in production.
  • Can speak concretely about what you shipped, what worked, and what did not.
  • Use AI as a default part of your workflow, including research, synthesis, drafting, analysis, and rapid prototyping.
  • Fluent with current AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • 7-10 years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
  • Meaningful experience on AI- or ML-powered products.
  • Demonstrated track record driving product adoption, activation, retention, and growth, ideally in a product-led motion.
  • Fluent with product analytics and experimentation.
  • Skilled in continuous discovery and validation techniques such as customer interviews, opportunity-solution mapping, and Jobs To Be Done.
  • Able to partner closely with engineering and data science on AI system design, including models, retrieval, evaluation, latency, and cost.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, cybersecurity, or other regulated, high-trust domains is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and patterns such as LLM orchestration, RAG, agent frameworks, evaluations, and guardrails is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, safety, or responsible AI practices in a product context is preferred.
  • Experience building within on-premise and hybrid deployment models is preferred.
  • Experience with Pragmatic Marketing, Design Thinking, Continuous Discovery, or Jobs To Be Done is preferred.
  • Comfort building working prototypes or demos with AI app builders and coding copilots is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile development and familiarity with Jira, Aha, and Amplitude is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 5-15%.
