Description

  • Design and evolve the frontend architecture for multiple SaaS products into a unified, scalable application.
  • Build reusable UI frameworks and shared frontend patterns that improve consistency and speed of delivery.
  • Modernize legacy codebases and help teams adopt better tools, practices, and architecture approaches.
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers on platform direction and product experience.
  • Prototype and validate new frontend patterns before scaling them across engineering teams.
  • Mentor and guide senior developers through tradeoffs, patterns, and architectural decisions.
  • Improve developer experience through better tooling, local development workflows, observability, and CI/CD practices.
  • Lead by example by shipping code and contributing hands-on technical solutions.
  • Support scalable adoption of design systems, accessibility, and internationalization best practices.
  • Help shape a cohesive frontend platform that enables faster and safer product development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Deep expertise in one or more major frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • 4+ years of experience shipping SaaS solutions to production on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience balancing technical vision with practical delivery.
  • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills with the ability to guide and challenge senior developers.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to document patterns and explain tradeoffs across Engineering, Product, and UX.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong experience designing extensible frontend architectures such as modular React apps, micro frontends, or plugin systems (preferred).
  • Experience with frontend tools and technologies such as MUI, Vite, TanStack, Emotion, AWS, Docker, Grafana, or AzDO (preferred).
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and internationalization best practices (preferred).
  • Exposure to domain-driven design concepts and frontend modularization (preferred).
  • Understanding of AI systems, including LLM architectures, token generation, and MCP frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience using agentic AI and other modern practices within the software development lifecycle (preferred).
