Description

  • Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Examination & Analysis domain.
  • Drive workflow- and JTBD-oriented product strategy focused on investigator and examiner outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for shared capabilities, workflow integration, platform evolution, and portfolio convergence.
  • Balance near-term customer needs with long-term strategic and architectural direction.
  • Partner with centralized AI leadership to deliver impactful agentic investigative capabilities.
  • Own roadmap strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle management for products and capabilities in the domain.
  • Use AI and Claude to support product discovery, experimentation, and analysis.
  • Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality investigative workflows and customer experiences.
  • Establish and track success metrics tied to adoption, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers while aligning cross-functional stakeholders across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading complex technical product portfolios in digital forensics, cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or adjacent domains.
  • Strong understanding of workflow-driven product strategy, platform thinking, and capability-oriented portfolio management.
  • Experience leading initiatives across desktop, cloud, hybrid, or platform-enabled environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Experience applying emerging technologies, including AI-assisted capabilities, to solve customer workflow challenges is preferred.
  • Experience working with Law Enforcement, Government, or regulated investigative environments is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment in Canada or the US.
  • Willingness to travel 20–25%, including potential international travel.
