Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services for internal and client-facing platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, AI engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to improve delivery speed and code quality.
  • Build and enhance APIs and backend services using Node.js or .NET Core.
  • Develop responsive front-end experiences using React and modern UI frameworks.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and ongoing engineering process improvements.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, implement fixes, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay current with emerging software development practices, tools, and AI-augmented engineering workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications and services.
  • 3+ years of experience with Node.js or .NET Core in a production environment.
  • Experience with public cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in React and/or Material UI (MUI) preferred.
  • Experience with Git and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted code generation tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot preferred.
  • Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or backend development preferred.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database management system preferred.
  • Experience in legal tech, health tech, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience with Azure preferred.
  • Experience integrating software solutions with AI/ML services and APIs preferred.
