Description

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by handling inquiries via phone, email, and portal requests.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex matters to a team manager when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client needs.
  • Communicate client feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Work PST hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm PT.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours (8am–5pm PT).
  • Proficiency in email etiquette.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Zoom.
  • Preferred knowledge of the Front email system, but not required.
  • Preferred knowledge of ReporterBase, but not required.
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette.

  • Competitive salary of USD $50,000–$60,000 per year.
